They're certainly not the most comfortable thing in the world to wear, but like many other things, as you said, you get used to it.
Of course, the woman who suggested I try it said "eh, I think I prefer you in boxer briefs". Much eye-rolling on my part, let me tell you.

I've gotten used to it actually. I've worn it for like a month and when I tried getting back to regular ones, it was uncomfortable. hahaha.

Yeah, but you gotta buy new underwear once in a while, whether they're g-strings or grannie panties.
It is amusing that that which has less fabric costs more.
