I miss when more people used this thing. I feel like people were more insightful writing here. I mean there was still cryptic-ness and rage, but there was actual feelings here. Intellectual things.
I REALLY hate social media. I hate how a lot of people, myself included, are addicted to it. I want to purge people from my friends list, because there are several people who I just don't care about what is going on in their lives. I don't care what they have to say in respect to my lives. But I tend to keep some of these people friended out of necessity- Facebook has become a vital tool for contacting people in regards to events and plots and what not and it is too much of an inconvenience to not have them on my friends list. I suppose I could filter my posts so only people whose opinion matters to me can read them. I could probably also do that with my page so I don't have to see offending posts, but can still view them if something needs addressing. Smacks of effort.
Then I debated starting a blog, so I can share actual thoughts and feelings with friends. It would be great if I could start a blog and become rich and famous off of that, but I don't think my awesomeness comes off in writing nearly as well in person. I tried to write really personal thoughts in one but never posted them. Its just weird to put myself out there I guess.
I don't get me. I need an instruction manual for myself.
