Have not touched this thing in months so I guess it's about time.
Since I got back from New York a bit over a month ago, things were go-go-go even though I had decided to take some time off from being out and about and over processed. Finally took a breather this weekend. Went to go see War of the Worlds which is probably the shittiest shitstorm of a shitbag of a movie I've seen in a while and I'm sure scenes were re-written to showcase Tom Cruise's running skills...[I also had poison oak which made me a bit cranky]
Saturday kicked it in Malibu with Patrick and then stayed in and relaxed until work this morning. I feel totally refreshed and reconnected just in time for company. Broeslav will be here tomorrow as will one Mr. John Refano and Becky's moving in to my living room tonight until her lease starts on Aug. 1.
I guess this means I should probably make an effort to clean the house, warn the neighborhood elderly and hide all things flammable.
Oh also I don't work retail anymore...went full time as a copywriter at our headquarters downtown....yes!
