Oi!
I was at the hospital 6 days last week. This past sunday, I had a detoxing alcoholic geek out. Brian's on first shift, and I worked last weekend (26/40 hrs) so we haven't been able to even sit and chat for almost 2 weeks. I helped admit a patient who had fallen on a treadmill that just took off on her and broke both of her upper arms. I've given enemas, suppositories, placed catheters, dressed wounds where the bone was visible, been bled on and swung at, suctioned mucous out of tracheostomies, and much more. Being a nurse is the coolest job ever!
I got myself a new car! It's a navy blue '06 Sentra SE. It's soooooo nice. I can raise the seat and see over the hood! And it's blue! Anyone in the market to buy Brian's truck? (not so good on gas...)
Um, so I have some weekend-ish days coming up that I'm off. Is there any gaming we could get into? We may have the munchkin (who's freakin' 9!), but Brian's brought it up and I actually have some days off.
Oh, and I got my hair cut.
