(no subject)
Well, i got back from Camp yesterday at 4:30. It was an exciting, lonely, fulfilling, but, then again, unfulfilling summer. I realised at the end of the summer that I had formed a support group of some of the greatest women I know. So I'm thankful for that. But it was VERY emotionally draining and I was relying on their support every day.
Anyway, tonight is Liz. That's right, at 8 o'clock Liz Phair will take the stage in Cleveland and I will be in attendance. Not to mention Clint and Alexis, whom I haven't seen in forever.
Yay!
Oh, and I have pink eye. This is why I shouldn't work with kids. I just had gotten over my cold and gotten my voice back a week ago Tuesday and then on Saturday, a mere 4 days later, I wake up and I eye is oozing and bloodshot. thankfully, it is getting much better and doesn't hurt much now, but it really sucks, cause I can't wear a contact which means I can't drive to the concert tonight. I haven't driven in 3 months!! (well, except the time that my friend Kyrie lent me her car to go 1/2 a mile to pick up my stuff at the Gatehouse.)
On Friday night I'm staying with Mary Rebekah in her new apartment and then I'm going to the State Fair for Alumni Day. Then, Sunday I go back to Hiram. I'm excited to get back, but sad cause a lot of people won't be there yet. anyway, I really just want to sleep for two days straight, but I know that my mom is going to drive me crazy "packing for school" She already came in here and told me she was going to start packing my stuff while I'm at the concert tonight! Cause she knows how much I love it when she messes with my stuff. ARGH!
