They wouldn't have the chance to do anything to us if we hadn't invaded their country. If they want to attack each other then we should either A) stay out of it or B) bust the people that commit those crimes, not just randomly attack people just becuae they are living in the country we invaded.

We cannot go around saying that we are having a war to "help" people and then do this. The government either need to get out or admit they are waging a brutal war. Pretending to care about these people is bullshit.

I'm sorry that you seem to think that brutality towards random people is a good idea. I personally cannot even imagine doing those things to another human being, no matter what their "people" had done. I can see life imprisonment or a lethal injection, but I would NEVER be so cruel to another human being and anyone that could do something like that should be imprisoned.

And I don't want to hear anything like "well if you had to watch a felow troop member beaten/dragged/ect you would react differently" because I wouldn't. I would be angry and want them punished, but I would never have the heat to do that. And anways, if you made the choice to be over there you knew what was going on (aka war). And all those troop members have guns (after all they hit someone with it). The decent thing to do, if you are going to kill someone, is to shoot them, once, in a deadly spot.

I honestly feel like it takes a certain type of person to do something like that. Not all Iraqis do that to people, just like I am sure Dana's father would never piss on someone. It's a case by case basis and I really don't think you would do that to someone either.

It reminds me of how our soldiers raped Vietnamese women in front of their husbands and then shot them all. And they were surprised they didn't get a good reception at home? I used to be anti-Bush, but supportive of our troops. But not if they can't even be human.
