Hi! This is VERY IMPORTANT for all of you, so hopefully I got your attention. My apologies for not actually knowing the list of who fits the above, so this would be a little easier. =P

Your link's kinda borked.

Couldn't you reduce the effect, maybe just increase aggression rather than going mad?

(Although I don't even know if it would affect Abe--he's into psychometrics, not technically telepathy. STOP BEING CONFUSING FISHBOY)

Hmm... It's more that they go crazy than get aggressive. The aggression is usually a secondary symptom for the ones that have the capacity for it. So that wouldn't work. Though you get to determine what exactly crazy entails. =P

...Well, it's technically a waveform more than a thought process. So if he can get stuff from the human mind at all, I would wager that it would work.

Allelujah is a receptive telepath. It's canon that when his 'quantum brainwaves' are screwed with, his more violent, less sane personality comes out to play so I think this counts :D
