Ah, I see! I think it's just that last part I didn't know. The breaking the gem sounds familiar. I guess blood's kind of fittingly sinister for Landel. Yuck.

I do not think I would trust anything the institute tried to give me, regardless. Please take care in the future, for they can be sneaky with their presentation.

They weren't even being sneaky but I took it anyway. Guess you could call that stupid, huh?

Hopefully it'll be worth it. Could've been worse, and supposedly there's a reward involved.
