Wait.

There's a monster that targets virgins?

Is that a problem for you?

There was a helpful young man offering immunizations a few days ago...

That's none of your business. It just seemed like an oddly specific detail, is all.

I have no personal experience with them, and such a trait would once suggested easily produce false confirmations, but the apparent absence of any contradictory accounts is, I think, reason to treat the description seriously and take it under consideration when moving or deciding whether to move outdoors.

[The handwriting is messy and a little chicken-scratched, but otherwise readable.]

...you guys can't be serious about this monster thing. C'mon now--who's the comic and movie buff who thought this one up? How many people are in on this one?

I would like to hear you saying this tomorrow.

I've yet to see any personally, but at this point in time I'm willing to put my skepticism aside. Monsters or not, this place is foul.

Some may be considered no more than ordinary predators, megafauna, or magical beasts, but taken collectively I can think of no better term for the guardians here.

[An arrow has been drawn to the entry regarding the “gray, armless creatures”]

I was attacked by three of these creatures last night in one of the file rooms on the ground floor. They appeared to be organised: apparently, they had a ‘leader’ who gave directions of sorts to the other two through the aforementioned chattering noises. Killing the leader caused the other two to flee. It might be worth noting that I was first alerted to their presence by the sound of their claws rapping on the ground in addition to the chattering.

Did the leader have any distinguishing features beyond its communication with the others?

None that I could see.

Oh dear. I thought we'd done away with him.

[An arrow is drawn to the man with clockwork]

I believe I know this one, or someone like him, the mask and sand for blood sounds familiar. Does he look something like this, and possibly wear Nazi paraphernalia? [A brief sketch of the mask is attached.]

I cannot confirm myself, but given the unusual elements they share any information you could share would probably merit provisional addition to the entry and would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what Nazi paraphernalia would look like, but the mask is right.

You managed to beat him? Would you mind sharing how, just in case he shows up again? He's not exactly easy to fight.

Your suggestions are good ones. Damaging the clockwork should hurt him, although if you manage to restrain him and wind down his clockwork heart or remove the key he should be reduced to a comatose state. Dropping very large objects on him also appears to reduce his threat level, as that's how my partner defeated him last time. If you actually are trying to talk to him or catch his attention for some bizarre reason, his name (should I be right) is Karl Ruprecht Kroenen. He might respond to it, I believe he has something approximating sentience as well as a sense of humor.

Actually killing that which probably died decades ago...aside from cutting him up into very small pieces I'm out of ideas. He shouldn't be functioning without his master's sorcery in effect and his master is most definitely gone, but it's possible someone else has taken control of him.

Any additional information you could provide about her would be useful.

Dare I ask what your 'p-value' is?

She thinks she's > humans and tools. Apparently the doctor put an upper limit on her function of powers; instead of sweating, she wanted me to outright combust.

I see. Is that the only place she tried to hit you? How did she attack and how did her physical prowess compare to a human?

Additionally, where did you encounter her and was there anything to warn of her approach?
