Haha, I just got asked about this! But there have been hints that there are people who are even higher up than him. He used to run this place with another guy who either goes by Jack or Doyle, but they had a falling out that turned out pretty badly.

There are probably some people who know more about it than I do, just because they researched more and paid more attention to the intercom announcements. But hopefully that helps you some!
