I only glanced at the map briefly, but I've got a pretty decent memory. Hope you find it helpful. I was a little fuzzy on the street names. But at least it's something. I'll see if I can get a better one after I talk to one of my team-mates. Or you can see if anyone will volunteer to fill in where things are. I'm pretty sure those that ( Read more... )

Hey, that looks pretty good. I believe the N-S street between Park 1 (a sign said Magus Park?) and Bohr was called Germaine Street, and the N-S one beside the auto shop was Weigal. That would be the street left of Kelley.

I didn't catch the name of the one running down the center, though... Center Street, possibly?

Park one is, I believe, called Magnus Park.

The second is called Morris.

Not bad. I would say don't let that one person get away with too many comments about your artwork, but I doubt you need the reminder.

I've added a few details of my own. Not that I can tell you what's in them all, but I can let you know about a few. Mostly I'm going by the signs I saw when I was walking around.

Even I can draw straight lines just fine!

Anyway, that helps. I think I missed some of the smaller roads, but I only saw the map for a few moments last night. At least it's something.

You could always draw flowers on it too, in order to practice.

It's a start. Considering what happened last night, I'm sure more people will contribute. If nothing else, our friends can probably fill in a good number of the gaps.

And speaking of. If you see any of them, make sure to remind them to let us know how they are, okay? I was hoping to talk my nurse into letting me go to the library to find a new book, but I might not have time to go if I have to hunt down the others. So I'd appreciate the help. Call it returning the favor for drawing those buildings for you? :)

[a few hesitation marks]

Fine, I'll do it. I think we're only missing a couple people posting anyway. And if they're too dumb to come read the board, they deserve a sharp kick in the ass anyway. Which I'm more than happy to provide.

Is someone still going to post up assignments for the night?

No problem. I hope it helps.

[Taura has traced the sketch and added two more businesses, though just with the legends "Vehicle Repair", "Bar". She has also added total pace counts to Germaine and Ames, and counts between intersections to North Street.]

I'm not sure how long my stride is now, but the relative dimensions are correct.
