Another person from the clan of Noah has arrived here as a patient. I'm pretty sure he goes by the name Tyki and he is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Please be very careful should you encounter him and if possible, avoid him entirely. He looks like this:
It's a black and white picture so I know it's hard to tell, but he has black hair and dark skin. The Noah are easily distinguished at night by the row of crosses on their foreheads, as you can see.
