Night 50: Waiting Room/Lobby 1
[From here, and now waiting for Dear Daughter and Detective Scruffy]
Merely a few hours ago, von Karma had been in this room's counterpart, visited by the two impostors posing as his elder daughter and granddaughter. And now, he was about to be interrogated by his younger daughter in this very room. This... dark and dingy room.
While waiting for Franziska and Detective Imbecile to arrive, von Karma occupied himself by organizing the room to make it more conducive to this meeting. First, he moved a small table and wedged it against one of the corners of the room. He then positioned his extra flashlight (thankfully, he had brought it along and had already loaded fresh batteries into it) upon the table to maximize the spread of light into the room. After that, he pushed another table near the corner and set three chairs around it, the two best ones on opposite sides... and the shoddiest one in the room to the side.
von Karma now removed his coat and hung it over one of the better chairs. Resplendent in his court outfit, he seated himself at this chair and set his journal and a pen before him on the table. He was ready.
