Like Dean was supposed to believe the whole beaming down crap was supposed to be all for their benefit. You wanted to help someone, you didn't kidnap them from their homes - or friggen time machines like the Doctor - and then offer them great food and a pat on the head like that made it a-okay.

Despite his own state of drowsy befuddlement, he pushed himself up to his hands and knees on the bed, then to a sitting position, rubbing his head and trying to make heads or tails of the message being piped over the intercom. It appeared he'd managed to miss the meal again, but that was barely important... especially since he rarely ate it anyway, and especially when the head doctor seemed to be acting very generous in his explanations. The Rogue sat very still, listening carefully.
And at the mention of an 'alien object' in the desk drawer, immediately he was up and striding to his desk, practically tearing the drawer from its settings. As promised, there was definitely something there that hadn't been before, but it was a long moment before Haseo finally touched it, suspiciously eying the thing as the announcement finished and the rest of his mental faculties slowly returned to him.
And then, sudden alarm- it was late evening, he'd missed dinner entirely, and he wasn't ready for night at all. With that the Rogue began to attack his side of the room, literally throwing his things together as he got ready: weapons and flashlight removed from hiding and piled on the bed, high-topped boots pulled on and laced over the bottoms of his grey patient's uniform.... With unusual urgency, he ran through his mental checklist of events and stuff and options on what to do for the night.
It was unfortunate that he had no time to trash the room as thoroughly as he generally liked to, but it couldn't be helped. Within minutes of the intercom fading away, the teen was leaving, all act and little thought spared.
