Waiting Room/Lobby 1]S.T. took one long step through the door and straight into a shelf directly at eye level. The impact made very little sound in and of itself. "Fuck." He stopped, and rubbed his face. "What the fuck?" The lingering dizziness could have been a result of hitting his head, except that it had happened before

"I- I don't know what happened!" he said defensively, turning to face the ladies and stumbling over several boxes of crackers that had been knocked off the shelf, knocking himself into a pile of stray cans on the floor. "What kind of dummy puts a pantry at the end of a hallway nowhere near the cafeteria? What if they run out of cheese?"
He weaseled his way toward the door, only to find LeChuck blocking the way. Four people obviously weren't supposed to fit in a pantry. "Let's go back. There's a door at the end of the other hallway that I know leads to the field."

Elaine, Guybrush, LeChuck and the pile of cans were all between her and the door, and she didn't have room to get around them, so she was stuck waiting until LeChuck made a move to leave. She was starting to get an inkling of what was going on, but wasn't positive about the details yet. All she could say for sure at this point was that something strange was happening with the doors. She wouldn't know more until they tried their luck at least one more time.
Elaine pushed past the two men, not content to just sit and wait for them to make the next move. "No, this is definitely not Guybrush's fault, and I think I can prove it. Follow me, and keep that door open until everyone's gone through," she said over her shoulder, pushing the door open again.
