Day 23: Game Room, Evening Shift.

Apr 14, 2007 10:48

Fayt had been doing.. something. For some time, apparently, as he came in during the children shower scenes. Being over the age (yes, despite how he looked), he wasn’t sent there, meaning he had three options. Music Room. Game Room, and Sun Room ( Read more... )

Hmm.. by the looks of it, no Xigbar. This meant the guy he was looking for was probably in the Music Room. Although at this point he didn't really want to see the guy.. and he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to pull an apology out of him right now anyway, especially when his ex-lover old friend that he was currently fighting with (..?) had just done.. done what he did.

There was that messy red hair that could only mean Axel. There was a guy with hair the same deep shade of blue of Rena's, the blond kid who could be Nedian, and that strange woman who showed up at the worst possible times. Axel was his only friend there, and he'd get to talk to him at dinner tonight anyway. (Mmm, dinner. It couldn't come soon enough.)

..and there was a shelf of games. The nurse had smilingly left him at the door, so he was free to shoot a long, hard glare that halfway meant 'death!!' and halfway meant 'we need to talk at dinnertime, foo' over at Axel as he walked towards the games.

Let's see... cards.. cards.. ah! There were cards. Ashton reached out with his left hand to swipe a deck and safely tucked it in the band of his pants. His right hand, meanwhile, was reaching through the game shelf, shifting things around to get a better look at what he could find, but also creating an alibi for himself. He hadn't a hint of a problem with hiding his actions from the nurses. His poker face wasn't the best, but it wasn't terrible.

He paused a moment after he was done looking, happy he'd a moment to his own to reflect. So much had happened today... He'd spilled food all over a few people. He'd learned more about Dias' past than the man would ever have him know, and hated himself for not being able to do anything about it.. He'd cried in public. And there was the matter of people thinking he was fit to just up and kiss, right out of the blue. (He shot another deathglare at Axel.. hopefully his roommate would catch it.)

And, surprisingly, it seemed to work as he approached the nurse to let him back in the Sun Room. He smiled all friendly-like and thanked her, and she gladly let him back in the Sun Room...
