It seemed everyone was getting new roommates but her. Not that Yukari didn't mind the extra time to sleep. Still, when the announcement buzzed on, the youkai woke up. Already dressed, this time back in her purple dress with gloves, parasol, and of course hat, she only took a moment to check she had everything she'd need before sweeping out of the room and down the hall to Sheena's room.
Whimsically, she decided to knock rather than just barge in - she'd teased the girl enough on the bus and there'd be plenty of opportunity later.
"Oh, Sheena~ Are you decent or shall I come inside anyway?" she called out in a singsong voice, probably a little more loudly than the ninja would appreciate.
The ninja's roommate had left quickly, and Sheena hadn't minded how quiet she'd been during dinner. Her mind was full of many things, none of them the Yukari that was her roommate, but more the Yukari that was hers. She was still irritated at the youkai for what she'd done on the bus. It was quite unfair, so she decided to get back at her a little.
The door opened immediately upon the youkai's knock, Sheena anticipating it given what she was picking up from Yukari's mood. She grabbed her wrist, yanked her inside and kicked the door closed behind her. Less than a breath later, she had pinned the youkai against the side of the closet and was kissing her.
Okay, so maybe it really wasn't getting back at Yukari, but damn did it feel good.
Having none of the same advantage as the ninja, Sheena's actions came as a complete surprise to the youkai. Even if Sheena had done this a few times before, it had always been with provocation - the fact that she had wound the girl up for it on the bus before escaping her until now.
Surprise, however, was matched by excitement and quickly replaced by enjoyment as she kissed back, free hand coming to hold the ninja's waist. There was a muffled chuckle as amusement kicked in as well, muffled though because Yukari had no intention of breaking the kiss as long as the ninja wanted to hold it.
It continued for a bit longer, the ninja pressing it deeper as she wanted to taste the youkai and try to steal her breath. And then she suddenly broke it, eyes narrowed to slits as she spoke.
"That was what I refused to do on the bus. Don't you ever do that to me again."
Yukari let her do as she wanted, responding in kind and it was with a note of disappointment that she let the ninja pull back. She was hardly intimidated, however, by the girl's glare.
"Hmhmhm, you're not very good at discouraging me," the youkai noted with some amusement. "You shouldn't give rewards for bad behavior."
That pang of disappointment almost made Sheena kiss Yukari again, but she had to be firm...ish.
"This wasn't a reward, but a warning. Next time you won't get this. Push me enough and I will deny you anything you want." She smirked. "And I know exactly when you want something."
Yukari was about to open her mouth with another teasing retort, but was cut short by the ninja's added qualifier. That... actually did have some hold over her, though she wasn't about to admit it. But considering her hesitation, Sheena probably knew anyway. Suddenly, this whole "pact" business was seeming like less of a good idea. Still amusing though.
"Then I'll just have to make you want it more," she said with a smirk, pulling the ninja close to her. "Shall we test who's will is the better?"
Sheena certainly knew, but she wasn't going to call the youkai out on it. She'd allow Yukari the illusion that the summoner was not aware of her summoned's weakness, even if it was a minor one that only she could take advantage of. In reality, Sheena would rarely ever use that knowledge, if only because Yukari was definitely more than just a pact to her.
"We both know," a soft kiss, "that's not," and another, "a fair test," Sheena said, finally letting go of the wrist in her possession, bringing that hand down to slip into blonde hair. And another soft, sweet kiss. "Not fair at all."
Giggling like a schoolgirl, in between kisses anyway, Yukari brought her other hand to wrap around the ninja as well.
"Now who's trying to get us to stay in tonight, hmm?" she teased, giving the girl a kiss back. And here she had been planning on being good tonight (well, until an opportunity presented itself to embarrass her in front of Raine or something).
"It's your fault, for being...um, you," Sheena replied. Winding her up on the bus, being so damn attractive, and then there was all that teasing she'd never admit she actually liked. Good thing Yukari couldn't read Sheena's emotions. Except she kind of could. S he just didn't need a magical link for that.
Another kiss. "Sides, I never said I was trying to get us to stay in. Just... taking advantage of the moment. With you."
Another chuckle, this time and the ninja's "logic". Worse yet, it was practically a valid reason, knowing Yukari. Blaming the most suspicious youkai of all was practically standard practice in Gensokyo.
"And is the moment all that you're trying to take advantage of?" she teased, faking a demure look, though the effect was somewhat ruined by her amused smile. "Shee~" Kiss "na~" Kiss.
"Yup." Sheena could spend hours just kissing Yukari, but she going to limit herself to only a few minutes. "Kind of hard to take advantage of you."
Her hand moved the the youkai's neck. Fingertips trailed down along the skin, tracing the clavicle, before she brought them to the braided leather of the necklace. Feeling the Proof of Pact there, Sheena smiled in the midst of a kiss.
"Hmhmhm, at least you recognize that much," she chuckled. She paused for a moment mid-kiss as she felt the ninja touch her necklace; she'd practically forgotten about it, having worn it the whole day and not taking it off ever since the ninja first put it around her neck. She probably wouldn't be taking it off anytime soon, except maybe in the showers, and only then because she was afraid the nurses might see it and confiscate it. It was her proof of pact, and it was staying with her as much as possible.
"I'm still curious as to what it says, Sheena," she mentioned. "Maybe I'll ask Raine~"
"She won't know; she can't read Mizuho." Thank the gods for that. If Raine ever learned how, Sheena would never be allowed to let the half-elf near the village again.
"Don't even ask her. I'll never hear the end of it." She'd get badgered constantly about what it that symbol meant.
Yukari pouted a bit, though it didn't last long - it was hard to kiss and pout at the same time. Still, it did mean it was one thing the ninja would hold over her for a while, unless the youkai felt like being particularly unfair.
"Now you're just encouraging me," she chuckled. "Is she always so interested in learning new things? Like with the gap I showed her." Ah, that had been tiring even for her, amusing though it was. The healer would probably never leave the youkai alone if she could do even half the things she could back in Gensokyo, instead of the small fraction of her power she had here.
"Don't you dare," Sheena replied, nipping the youkai's lip a little before simply resting her head on Yukari's shoulder. "I swear, her entire existence is based on learning new things. not that it's bad, but she gets kind of scary and embarrassing when she finds something fascinating."
