Chekov was escorted back to his room after posting to the bulletin concerning the incident of the day. Though Chekov hadn't wanted to start an incident, and his nurse was even frowning at him disapprovingly as though he had. At least Captain Kirk was somewhat reassured that Chekov hadn't intended to get on the bad side of a very large man who referred to humans as 'meatbags'. Though Chekov wasn't too thrilled with the idea of Captain Kirk seeking out this person and starting an altercation. But, realistically speaking, after seeing Captain Kirk's fighting ability on the bridge against two security officers, perhaps he shouldn't be concerned for the Captain's safety.

In short, he wasn't sure who he was more worried for: the Captain, or Lockdown.

"Here you are, Victor." Chekov found himself nearly shoved inside his room and a tray forced into his hands. "Don't pick at your bandage, now," the nurse warned him, pointing to his elbow. He'd scraped it when Lockdown had fallen over him, and it now sported a puffy pad of gauze with medical tape.

"Yes ma'am," Chekov said warily, wondering if he should try to explain that the chase was not his fault. The decision was made for him when the nurse shut the door in his face.

He turned with his tray back to the room at large, nodding briefly to his roommate and settled down onto his bed to begin eating.

Setsuna watched as the door opened and blinked as his roommate was unceremoniously shoved into the room and given a scolding. The thought that Chekov was being too polite to the nurses who were probably also behind the Institute's distortion crossed his mind, but he wasn't really the type to state his observations aloud. His eyes then drifted down to the gauze on Chekov's elbow: what had happened?

He gave Chekov a slightly inquisitive look as his eyes followed his roommate to the bed. Of course, it would probably have helped if he asked aloud what had caused that injury, but the thought never even occurred to him.
