622 headed down to the last door in the cell block corridor, keeping alert for anything that might already have set itself up in the hall. There usually weren't any ambushes this early in the night, but better safe than dead.
He knocked on the door to M41, waiting slightly back from the door for the Commander to open it.
He turned to Haku. "I was going to go assess Schuldig's condition tonight. Something happened as a result of the lightning and his telepathy has been affected somehow. It's only down the hall, if you wanted to rest..."
Perhaps Schuldig would want to express his thanks to Haku for saving his life, though Artemis wasn't going to hold his breath. If Schuldig was upset over his sudden disability, he wouldn't be in the mood to thank anybody for anything.

"If you'd rather rest, I'll be right back, I promise," he said, watching helplessly as Haku started arming himself. "I don't want you to hurt yourself even further..."
Besides--he was only going a few rooms down the hall. What could possibly happen?
...alright, so he'd said that before and a lot had happened.

So, rather than re-state that he was going, he simpled smoothed a hand down his top and leveled a 'look' at Artemis.

The boy turned and stepped into the closet, dressing himself quickly. Just to prove that he was indeed taking this four-doors-down trip seriously, he emerged from the closet with his sword in his belt. Being in his suit again was another affirmation that he wasn't Sean anymore. Sean thought suits were way too constrictive and--best not think about that. It was over, that was what mattered.
"Just to warn you, Schuldig might not be in the best of moods. I hope you won't take this... personally."

The boy cleared his throat, trying to squash the impending sense of doom and destruction that was rising into his mouth. Or maybe he just felt sick about actually admitting something was his fault.
"Let's be off, then," he turned and walked out into the hallway.
