Alright! This was going to be the night to end all nights! The Institute wouldn't know what had hit it once Kibitoshin was out of his room!
First on his agenda was healing Sechs. The Kaioshin flexed his hands thoughtfully at his desk, staring at his palms in quiet consideration. Sure, it had made him kind of dizzy to heal himself before, but that was just because he was new. He just hadn't found his feet yet, that was all. This time it would be different. He was sure of it. Maybe afterward he'd even be able to find more people to heal, or get ahold of something to defend himself with. Not that he needed a weapon, of course. He was the Guardian of the Universe and he'd helped take out a mirror zombie! Nothing could get him no-
The lights switched off and promptly made a clean get away with all of Kibitoshin's courage.
W-well... just because it was dark that didn't mean he couldn't defend himself. Just that he wouldn't be able to see anything coming for hi- no. Positive thinking. He was strong. He was capable. He could handle this.
Fumbling with his flashlight (things seemed a lot better with a light source), he clenched his fists, put on his heroic face and stepped into the wide dark yonder to find Sechs' room.
