Wincing at the pain of the girl's mental voice, the vampire simply nodded silently. To him, it seemed painfully obvious who the voice belonged to. At least the other patients' minds held that soft static sound that was becoming familiar with Jun's presence - but she was altogether different, simply a black hole in this flooding of mental voices. She might as well have not even been there.

He watched the two teenagers successfully scale the wall, the girl seeming to lose interest in the two others she had been talking to directly, drifting over to another pair. That seemed... strange. Though she was clearly threatening them, whatever potential attack she may have used didn't occur. Had they said something to her to make her stop?

No matter - this was their chance.

"While she's busy," he encouraged, making his move to the wall. It wouldn't be too hard - it was taller than him, but not by more than a foot. Jun was quite a bit shorter, so Edward estimated he wouldn't be hard to lift, either. "I'll give you a boost over." Kneeling down by the wall, he signaled his hand, hurry.
