Meche was up and ready to go as soon as the door clicked open--the sooner she got there, the sooner they could start. She double-checked the map one more time, said goodbye to Donna and headed out, feeling better about that prospect than she ever had before. Her heels clicked reassuringly as she hurried down the hall, sounding fast and confident.

Reinforce had come by her status as one of the institute's healers through Raine, first by following her into her group and then by the acquisition of her magic, but for her the role was more than coincidence, happenstance. It was a role that fulfilled Hayate's expectations of her well, proof that some good might come of her continued existence here. She was, then, not inclined to take time off from it simply to pursue personal matters.

Momo's request was different, though. She had only met the woman once, but to know that she had been Signum's friend was enough for Rein to make time for her. To know that one of her precious knights had given up their lives for a person... it did not breed resentment, but rather was a decision that demanded respect, proof of her own debt.

Not knowing what she was being called for, then, bothered her little. She would prefer that the conversation be a short one, of course, but she would hear as much as Momo wanted to tell her. Besides, the room was right next to Raine's... if all went well she'd be able to move on to her usual duties without much confusion.
