Adelheid nodded grimly and used his long strides to get to the door, wrenching it open and turning back to Edward. "Come on!"

Desperate situations were Ed's specialty thankfully.
He hurried after Adel, moving more quickly to compensate for Adel being too tall and ducked inside the doorway.

"Edward, try to find something we can barricade the door with! And hopefully somewhere a bit more defensible than here!" It was a long shot at best, but Adelheid didn't give up. Between the two of them, they'd survive. They had to; no amount of zombies were going to keep Adelheid from seeing his sister again!

He nodded and headed further into the dark interior of the building looking for anything to block the door with. it was remarkably bare although he finally located a run down looking desk set lonely in the middle of the bare floor. With a shove, he got it moving, starting to drag it back towards the door. It might not last for long but it was something and would buy them some time. "Here!" he called as he approaching, angling the desk towards Adel as he continued to push it to the door.
