"Whatever we can grab," she said with a contained enthusiasm to her whisper. "They pat ya down before you get to the bus, so it's gotta be somethin' you can hide, too."
When she and Mr. J stole things, it was never a supremely subtle operation. In fact, they were always deliberately showy, grabbing as much attention as possible. Putting on a good show was part of it. That was what made it brilliant. Subtle operations were done late at night when everything was closed. She'd never tried to steal things in broad daylight with a bunch of eyes keeping watch on her every move. It was like a game: How much can you grab without anyone seeing?~
"They watch us too close, one of us might need to play diversion." That role was always a fun one. Risky but fun. It would, of course, be easier if they could just snatch things without being noticed. Them vs the Nurses/Clerk. This could be interesting.

"Are you volunteering?" she asked Harley, continuing to purvey the wares as if nothing had happened. "But then only one of us can steal. Wouldn't it be more fun to see which of us can get the most back on the bus?" Flashing the girl a smile, Yukari put back the trinket she was examining and moved over to a shelf with marbles, tops and other small toys. Now, how to pull this off?
