At one point, an older man got a bit too close for his liking and Takaya tensed up, moving to the side, and brushed his hand against Frey. He didn't flinch or react at the touch, but he was careful to not get too close to anyone else until they got to their table.

Takaya all but dove for his seat by the time they got to the table, and a waitress hurried over to give them water and menus before leaving them alone. With all the business, most of the staff seemed pretty busy.
"Sorry," he muttered, looked down at the menu. "For running into you." Why was he okay with that? No flashbacks, nothing. But even almost being touched by that guy on the floor had freaked him out plenty. Was it because he spent so much time with Frey?
