Scar quietly moved out into the hallway. As always the area was empty and devoid of any other patients. He wasn't quite sure if other patients - besides him and his oh-so-talkative roommate - occupied this hall in the first place, as he had never seen any. Then again, with so many new faces brought in it was rather difficult to tell. He wouldn't be

Michael really wasn't sure what this place was supposed to be anymore. He'd been searching all day for one mark of professionalism in this entire institution, and he'd found nothing. No common traits among the inmates - other than the fact that most of them seemed to actually be crazy. No security measures beyond what you might find in an actual mental institution. And now the doors were unlocking, the intercom was breaking, and all the patients would be running around in the halls in a few seconds. What these people wanted out of him, he had no idea.
Still, best to take advantage of the situation.
"Hey," he said, pushing aside his plate and looking up at Walter, "Want to take a look around?"

He tapped his new weapon against the wall. He'd never used one of these before, but it seemed tough enough. He looked at Michael as if there'd been no delay at all.
"Yes." And his hand was on the doorknob and he was in the hall. Walter paused and looked around, squinting through the darkness. It was far darker than he was used to. "Mother?... Mom?" he called quietly.

Michael elected to keep his clothes neatly hung in the closet, and instead followed Walter into the hallway with the heavy duty flashlight he'd found earlier. The ability to inflict night blindness would be a far more useful weapon than a big piece of metal. Michael was ready to go when he heard his partner mumbling under his breath. Oh dear god. Whoever'd put him in this place clearly wanted him punished, not recruited. This had to be a real mental asylum. The probability that he'd accidentally run into every lunatic in the entire facility on the first day was just far too low. He chose to ignore the utterance. Better not to make mongo mad. He gestured for Walter to follow him and then advanced down the hallway.

Okay, he was going to M86, which was... back and to the right?
[[Finding his way to here.]]

He wasn't with Elvira or her Black Angels. He was on earth, sort of. But there were strange....creatures and people here. He supposed it made some sense. He'd never known about biohumanoids so...
It was a well kept secret.
Tomorrow he'd find out if there was anybody he knew here. And maybe find out more about the Angel's Arachne spoke of. Something didn't seem right about that.
And demons. Real demons. Chihaya knew he ought to be scared, but Arachne seemed ok. A little intimidating, but that was all. Nothing unusual.
He didn't sleep at all, but his back was turned to Arachne and his head was ducked under the covers, eyes closed. He heard the door click and he heard movement outside. Once he did, he sat up and smiled.
"Do you think it's sa- ok to go outside now?" he asked, stretching as he stood.

"Who knows?" he said, stretching as he stood up. Obviously Chihaya wasn't the sort of person who liked making decisions--yet again, not his type. He opened the door (for himself; ladies first) and leaned against it, looking out into the hall. It was dark as hell--literally. There was a flashlight in the drawer, but picking that up would have killed some part of his pride as a demon. He smirked back at Chihaya instead. "I hope you don't mind darkness."

"Um, I don't mi- oh! There was a torch in my drawer!" he smiled, rushing back. "Maybe the last person left it here?" He wondered where they were now...
Grabbing the torch, he returned to Arachne's side.
"There. That's a little better," he said, stepping out into the hall.

Uh... Stahn looked around, then sat at his desk and turned to face Trunks', figuring Leon could sit there. He figured his friend didn't need much prompting at this point, so he just said, "What's been happening?"

He thought he should update Leon on what he'd missed back home, but that could wait; there was probably a lot Stahn needed to know about this place. And anyway, he wanted to hear what he'd missed.

"Before we continue, I need you to do something for me." Leon untied his makeshift swordbelt, removing his sword and the knife. "I'm going to hide these here, as often as possible. When night ends, whoever is holding an object ends up with it, so most nights it probably won't be possible. But as much as possible I want these where Belphegor can't get them."
