It didn't go unnoticed, no, but Sam's only interest was making sure Dean didn't get tangled up in this mess again and so he brushed it aside without much consideration.

Of course, Lelouch's word regarding his brother wasn't really worth a whole lot, technically, and he wasn't about to take it at face value, but it would do for now. In all honesty, Lelouch wasn't the biggest problem Sam had. Hell, he wasn't even the second biggest. Besides, his only options were to either keep an eye on him or remove him from the equation altogether, and while Sam wouldn't hesitate if he made an obvious move towards Dean, he wasn't doing that right this moment. And whatever abilities he had aside, Lelouch was still only a kid. It-made a difference. Maybe it shouldn't have, maybe he'd just regret it later like everything else, but it did.

Though whatever Lelouch had in mind, Sam knew he should've tried to stop it, too, before the same thing happened to someone else because it was kind of obvious that Lelouch had no plans to back down when it came to the rest of the patients. But God, one thing at a time. He was barely keeping on top with what was currently happening; as much as he hated to admit it, preemptive strikes were beyond him.

And maybe a part of him was almost too tired to care.

Either way, he was done here. There was nothing else to say and he didn't want to stay too long in case Dean walked in, started to ask what he was doing with Lelouch. He pushed off from the table and left without another word.
