Junpei had a point; close combat was something she couldn't do, not very effectively at any rate. No matter how truthful it was, though, the last thing Yukari wanted to do was admit weakness.

"I'll be fine," she insisted, choosing to ignore his second question. It would only end in her making some sarcastic remark, and then he'd start making those pathetic hurt looks at her, trying to make her feel sorry when all she wanted to do was... Oh, whatever.

Stopping in her tracks not long after she started, Yukari reached behind into her bedsheets-turned-quiver (although at this rate, she may as well start calling it a simple bag with the way it was being treated, housing more than just her arrows) to fish out the Evoker, turning around only to nearly shove the thing right into his chest. She gave off the impression the gesture was done grudgingly, although in actuality Yukari didn't really care. Normally, everyone had one of their own anyway, and Junpei was a member of the team who managed to prove he could be responsible with one thing... "Just don't do anything stupid."

"Of course you will..."

Junpei almost barreled into Yukari when she suddenly stopped right in front of him. He was about to give her shit when he suddenly had the evoker shoved against his chest.

... he hadn't expected her to actually give it to him. At least not this Yukari being as she was still in father-emo-mode and overly sensitive to everything under the Dark Hour moon and then some. But, who was he to complain when he was actually given it.

"Sweet! No worries," he said with a wink. "I'll save it for the big bad shadows or whatever we run into here. Tris and I will burninate them but good!"

"Right, right," came the seemingly disinterested reply. That out of the way, Yukari turned back around, continuing down the hallway. "C'mon, before we waste any more time."
