Day 40: Doctor's Office 2 (Dr. House) [Fourth Shift]
Sometimes, contrary to popular belief, Dr. House did, indeed, find himself stumped.
It wasn't so much lacking a diagnosis that was the problem this time as it was trying to figure out why the hell he was stumped in the first place. The pain in his leg had been worse than usual and the vicodin's side-effects seemed to have been kicking in with more fervor than when he'd first started on the damn things; something wasn't right and he wondered if it had something to do with the food here or the air quality. Maybe this place had an epic gas leak rather than illegal trials, or, maybe-
...see, he shouldn't have been drawing a blank right there.
So, House stayed reclined in his office chair, eyes narrowed as he watched daytime programming on the TV in front of him.
