Who would've thought he would meet a lady in a bathroom of all places? A men's bathroom at that? How amusingly inappropriate, or according to most people's views. Ah well, at least there was a fairly low chance of interruptions in this place

It was what the shinigami's friend had said that made Tyki blink once. Twice. And he burst out in laughter, as if Signum had just told him a very good joke. It echoed in this area, making it sound even crazier than it was. His shoulders shook as he laughed, actually needing a moment or two to calm down before being able to speak.
"Ah, I'm sorry." he said, redirecting his gaze towards Signum. Was she the shinigami's bodyguard or something? It'd be bothersome having to fight her first before being able to kill the other. Ah well...
"Accepting anything else in place of a fight, huh? A funny suggestion if you ask me." If anything, his reaction to her suggestion should make clear how he thought about it. It was not going to happen. The Noah smirked. "Heh. I can't do that, obviously. And even if I could, the Noah family isn't just me and Road. Duke Millennium can be pretty scary, too."
He put the Ace of Spades back into his pocket. "I guess it's been a wise decision to bring this lady along. Tell me, Miss Shinigami. Is she your body guard or your friend?"

Momo put a hand on Signum's arm and drew abreast of the knight. "She is not my bodyguard," Momo replied. "I will not draw my sword on you, Tyki. I beseech you once more; leave now."
Momo was far from helpless without her sword bared. She was already running the incantation for a binding spell slowly under her breath. Perhaps Signum would hear it, but not the Noah.

"Hinamori," she said. "Don't."
For the most part, she was trying to protect Momo like this because she was injured, but there was more to it than that. She did not want the responsibility for a fight between patients to fall on Momo a second time. Better that this dishonor belong to her, who had failed to stop her friend the first time.

"You'd better draw your sword, Miss Shinigami." Tyki answered with a wide grin. So wide that it might even be considered unnatural. Inhuman, even. "You might be a woman, but I'm not gonna go easy on you. At least be a little fun to fight before I kill you."
And without another pause, he ran forward, a glint of silver in his hand which was the knife he carried. Figures he'd be bringing a knife to a sword fight. Though he preferred the Tease, this would do. All he needed was to be a little creative.

The knight answered his words with only a harsh glare and surged forward to meet him. A knife was a faster weapon than her broadsword by far, but Tyki had underestimated her, she thought, to rush her straight on like this. The distance between them gave her plenty of time to strike and made the reach of her blade a far bigger advantage than the lightness of his.
With a precision that seemed at odds with the brute strength behind the attack she swung at the knife bearing hand. Remove that and she removed the weapon... and probably his ability to fight.

"I said I wouldn't draw my sword on you," Momo replied, completely confident in Signum's battle prowess. She had fought the knight herself, after all.

"So I have to fight you first, huh?" he said. It was bothersome enough, but maybe killing Miss Shinigami's friend could lead to some interesting things. It was at least worth a shot, and he'd made sure to enjoy it.
The Noah quickly pulled back his hand (he liked it where it was now, thank you very much) and dodged to the side, which was - annoyingly enough - a bit harder with his powers and speed not working as they should, but he managed. He'd have to be careful not to get slashed by that sword of hers. That wouldn't be a problem usually, but he could only use his powers twice.
Entertainment wasn't proper entertainment if it wasn't at least a bit challenging. Especially if he dragged said entertainment out a bit before the kill.
He grinned, attempting to stab Signum into her side.

The knight didn't even bother raising the sword again- she didn't have time to, if she wanted to keep him from closing with her- and simply swung it in a circle along the floor to ward him off... if he was fast. Taking a foot off would work too, and it took a lot more work to get your legs out of the way than an arm.

She was prepared. Now she had to wait and watch.

"Protecting your friend from the consequences of her actions, maybe even dying for her, how noble." He chuckled, before charging in again with a knife ready to strike.

"I am a knight of Belka."
It was her answer to everything he'd said. Able, loyal... both went without saying.
But he was smug, wasn't he? Thought those quick feet would keep him out of trouble forever. But if he intended to kill her he had to commit to a strike sooner or later...
Well, she'd make it easy for him. When the next charge came she charged back, glowing briefly with the protective light of her armor-boosting magic, took the knife thrust on her arm, and charged straight into him, smashing at his face with her sword's pommel at close range.
Stun him first, then do her blade-work.

The lady answering his charge with one of her own wasn't very surprising. In fact, Tyki allowed her to come close. Not that he had much of a choice in any case; a knife wasn't a long-ranged weapon. The Tease could have made it much more interesting, but he supposed he would have to do without the man-eating butterflies for now.
The blade of his knife hit her arm, and probably thanks to the glowy stuff it bounced right off her clothing. A brief look of surprise appeared on his features when he noticed Signum charge into him, sword ready to strike on his face.
Unfortunately, the Noah didn't have much time to react. The sword's pommel hit him straight in his face, knocking his head back and almost making him losing his balance thanks to the speed of his charge. He could already feel the blood running out of his nose.
Jeez, and his nose had just healed damn it!

A relatively quick and simple end, but that was what she'd wished for. For her this wasn't a fight to be enjoyed; it was a duty to see through.
As he fell back into her range she slashed down, through arm and leg at once.

The shinigami let the incantation die on her lips, secure that the knight was bringing this situation to an end.

It would have worked, really.
If only her opponent hadn't been the Noah of pleasure. If only he hadn't been able to manipulate the World's Creations. If only he hadn't been able to phase through her sword.
It was a gamble, because if the sword had some sort of holy essence it wouldn't have worked. That kind of stuff was part of God's creations and not of the world's . But it was how Tyki liked things. He was, after all, the Noah of pleasure. Not that he had much of a choice, though. It was that or losing a limb.
He smirked as the sword went straight through him without causing him any harm, allowing the knight the time to realize the ineffectiveness of her attack, for Tyki to see the look on her face.
"Seems like you failed to protect her, Lady Knight. It was a nice try though." He said, the grin on his face once again growing wide. Inhuman. "It has been a pleasure, my lady."
And before Signum had any chance to recover, he lashed out at the knight's throat. A horizontal slash that would undoubtedly slit it. He could almost already see the blood coming out of the deep cut. He could already see her dying before she actually did.
The thrill of the kill. To see the life run out his victim, the light die in his victim's eyes. It was something that brought him great pleasure indeed. He was looking forward to it, and it was only mere seconds away.
