He didn't like the idea of leaving Yue behind while he ran to safety, but if he'd learned anything from their encounter with the giant birds, he knew Yue wasn't going to move until he did. So he compromised, dragging the other behind him as he ran for the questionable safety of the next room. As soon as both were inside, he pushed the door shut, glancing around for anything they could use to hold it while they searched the office.
