Renji wasn't certain how he'd gotten from the room with Sora and Nowe back to his bed. He scrambled up and quickly checked; everything that he'd tucked into his clothes was still there, including the trauma shears and the start of the map. He quickly hid those things wherever they would fit - and not be too obvious. Hopefully Nowe and Sora had been

Clearly, the squirrels hadn't gotten him, his clothes were untouched, and there wasn't any blood on him. Not even on the hand he'd embedded in one of the rodent's skull. Oh well. He had once again placed his glasses on his face, and followed out the nurse who mistakenly called him 'Alfred Ashford' with no more than an annoyed glare.
Whoever the people at this facility were, they were good. When he was ushered into the cafeteria he paused for a moment, looking around and eying the food with some distrust.

"I don't remember that... you don't either, then?" Interesting. Looking around at the room right now revealed that all the patients present, save for the girl sitting with him, were adult. Most of them male, and all of them looked very physically fit.
"And you really shouldn't have tried to attack the zombie squirrels," Wesker wasn't sure if he would've been able to handle both creatures by himself without his enhanced strength and speed, which had been noticably absent when he'd attacked.
However, he was certain he could have defeated them both without too much difficulty, and he was fairly certain his regeneration was still in place. Some of the bone shards had cut his skin when he'd killed the rodent, and those tiny scratches were completely gone.

She shook her head. "No, I just woke up in my room. Do you think...someone else was there? Could they have knocked us out?"
She noticed him looking around the room to observe the other patients and took the time to munch on a piece of toast. She was confused as he mentioned the the squirrels were...zombies?
"...Zombie squirrels? Is that why they looked like that?" Just when she thought she'd heard everything..."Why would zombies be at a hospital like this?"
She didn't bother to go into denial or call him crazy. She had died and come back to life, been attacked by a killer psychic, and seen the mutated creatures with her own eyes. "Anyway, you wouldn't have had to worry about me." She grinned a bit. "I'm tougher than I look."

"W-What did you say?" her voice was almost a whisper now. She had run into Peter, and it had been enough of a surprise that he could heal like her. And now, here was another man, saying he had the same ability. Maybe she wasn't as alone as she thought.
"You can heal too?"
Reply
"Yes." He said calmly, raising an eyebrow in slight surprise. This one clearly wasn't out of a lab. Accidental infection? Some scientist using their own child as a guinea pig? Perhaps if he got her file from this place it would tell him.
"Forgive me for being slightly skeptical, but that is an extremely rare... trait, for someone to posses. Are you saying that you have advanced regenerative ability as well?" It would have to be substantial for someone that young to know something was amiss.

"I thought I was alone this whole time," she said.
Claire had never heard her ability referred to in such a...scientific manner. Zach had always just called her "Miss Miracle Gro".
"Yeah." she nodded. "It took some time getting used to, I've only had this power for about six months. When did you find out?"
She was suddenly eager. She had so many questions she wanted answered...but she suddenly realized they hadn't even had a proper introduction.
"I'm Claire, by the way...although the nurses called me something else."

Still, that didn't stop him from briefly scanning himself for injuries, and he was pleased to find there were none. The last thing he remembered was getting the door out of the courtyard open, so even if those rabid creatures had come after them, they definitely would have had a means of escape. Given his own experiences with these strange memory lapses, he was fairly certain Qui-Gon was just a couple of doors down the hall, well and unharmed. He would need to keep an eye out for him, though, just to make sure.
Obi-Wan had heard the intercom announcement, and he frowned at the thought of prisoners actually getting visitors in ( ... )

Wesker was very familiar with irony, and he had to resist the urge to laugh when the man who approached them, one of the two he'd seen last night before engaging the zombies, asked if they were injured. Instead he smiled with slight amusement.
"We're both completely unharmed, I assure you." He said, meaning every word of it. Granted, he wasn't entirely sure if the girl was being truthful about her regeneration, but he could always test that later, when there were no witnesses around to get upset.
"I don't believe I've introduced myself, my name is Wesker." Last name, always, he'd only ever tolerated one person calling him Albert, and even then, only because he knew that he had no way to stop Birkin from using his first name.

She couldn't resist sharing the small smile when Ewan had asked if they were injured, but then became curious again.
"How did someone like you end up here?" she asked him. Ewan was a big movie star, and now he was in a mental hospital? Something like that would have been all over Access Hollywood.
Not that she watched that show maybe sometimes.

"You were fortunate," Obi-Wan told Wesker. "There are other things that come out around here at night, worse things. I'd be careful in the future."
Then, the girl asked him how he came to be at Landel's, which was a valid question. Someone like him, though? He wasn't quite sure what she meant by that, but he figured it wouldn't hurt to answer her.
"I imagine I ended up at here like everyone else did," Obi-Wan replied. "One day I was tending to my duties, and then the next I mysteriously woke up at this Landel's Institute with no recollection of who brought me, or how I arrived."
He frowned a little. "Are you new here?" He didn't recall seeing their faces before.
Reply
"Yes, I just arrived last night." Wesker said, studying the two sitting with him.
"Forgive me if I am wrong, but am I correct in guessing that you also have an unusual ability, something which most humans are not capable of?"
Truthfully, Wesker no longer considered himself to be human, but he was close enough to human to fool most, so long as his eyes remained covered.

"Duties?" she questioned. "You mean, you were on the set before you came here?" This was confusing, although it would explain why he still had that haircut he had in the first Star Wars movie.
"Yes, I'm new here too. How long have you been here?" He seemed to have a better idea of what this place was, if he already knew this place had certain dangers. "And...why would a mental hospital have monsters?"
Wesker then asked him about having an unusual ability, causing her head to spin. While a part of her began to realize if they all had an unusual ability in common, it might explain why they were all at this particular facility, Ewan McGregor with superpowers? It was too weird.
