Wolfram had debated slowly as to whether or not he should go out for the night. He was still really worn out from the night before, Aidou was busy, he had no idea where anyone else was that he should be looking for, and quite honestly... staying in and sleeping was more than a little tempting. But his mind was troubled, and he felt a bit restless

Elena smirked to herself in satisfaction as she looked up at the room number in front of her. Number thirty, which happened to be the very first door in this area. Tseng would have been proud of her navigational skills. And assuming that Reno didn't accidentally tell her the wrong number, he should be here. Perhaps she'd get a few more answers than what he'd told her earlier in the day.
Checking the hallways one last time to make sure that she hadn't been followed, she knocked twice on the door, waiting for an answer.

Maybe Rude was still tetchy and taking his sweet time. Heh. Either way, Rude didn't knock--not when it came to Reno--so it was either Elena or a complete stranger.
He shifted, but didn't move from his spot on the bed. Mostly because he didn't want to get up, but also because standing in front of a door made him way too easy of a target to get his face bashed in by a good shove.
"S'open."

Opening the door, Elena stepped in before closing it behind her, giving the redhead an exhasperated look.
"Okay, I'm here," she announced, walking over towards the bed Reno was laying on. She sat down before he could protest, not sitting on him, but her hips did touch his side. "So now what?"

"We wait," he replied simply, digging out a pen cap to chew on before sitting up and heading for his closet. Clothes, clothes...He pulled off his shirt, paying no mind to Elena's presence. Like he'd ever give a damn.
She might, though, which would make this far more entertaining than it'd normally be.
Ah, he had missed having Elena and Rude around to bother. Easy targets weren't hard to find, but ones as easy as them were rare.
"Rude should be coming in a bit, unless he's dragging his ass."

It was once he'd gotten up and started stripping right in front of her that she blushed a little and turned her head away. "You could warn someone before you do that, you know! What if you ended up blinding someone?"
She took the opportunity to sprawl out onto his bed, facing the wall and taking up the warm spot where Reno's body had been. Two could play at that game if he wanted.
"I haven't seen Rude at all today, she admitted, listening for sounds to prove that Reno might be done changing. "And why are you bothering to change anyways? All the clothes are the exact same."

"What looks the same?" he asked, cocking an eyebrow meant to mock as he leaned over her, loose hair hanging close to her face. It was a compromising position from the doorway and if Rude happened to come in, that would only be a bonus.
Hmm. Rude did have that knife, though. He'd have to watch for that. Not that Rude would ever kill him. But everything else was fair game.

The surprise was enough for her to temporarily forget the fact that Reno was far too close to her, nor did she realize that his presence didn't bother her all that much. Perhaps she was just used to it after the few years she'd known him.
"Do you have any other ones?" As skinny as Reno was, she figured that she could mostly fit into his clothes if need be. And anything was better than these gray t-shirts, right?

He didn't think anyone had figured out where the hell their clothes had come from. Friggin' dropped from the sky or something.
"You learn anything since, or do I gotta brief you some more?"
Reply
Which was probably Elena-speak for saying that she really hadn't learned all that much in the time since they'd been apart. Not that she was particularly proud of that fact or anything.
"I made it here, didn't I?" She leaned back into his pillow and stared up at the ceiling, not quite impatient but more because she wasn't really sure what to do with herself while they waited.

"Fifteen days," he replied. "Time's fucked here. I can explain it, but you'll just look at me like I'm wasted."
Not that that was entirely uncommon. He got that look a lot, except when he actually was wasted.
"Yeah, so you can navigate and read numbers. Should get you a ticket out of kindergarten, that." He rested his weight on one arm, impatient and a little irritated that he was suddenly the only person who knew jack. Not that it was Elena's fault, but still.
"I ever file a report on this place, it'd be a goddamned book, okay? That's how much shit's going down here. Not saying you gotta hear me out, but if you don't, it's your funeral."

"Suppose we can cut some of it short," Reno said. "For tonight? All you need to know is that there are creepy monsters sneaking around. Think Hojo's experiments, times one hundred. But without the psycho pyromaniac. So watch your back."
He glanced up when the door opened. Oh, Rude. There he was. Finally.
"Cool." He got off the bed and headed for the door. "Let's move."
