Here]Taking up the rusted old lock in hand, Hohenheim investigated it. It appeared that the locking mechanism itself was intact, but the rust would make it weaker. He turned the lock over as much as possible before determining the proper angle to hit the internal mechanism to have it open with the least amount of force required. He turned his

“Yo~ho~ Sorry I took so long, I ran into someone I knew along the way.” Yuuri announced while rubbing the back of his head sheepishly. Stepping past Hohenheim and further in the shed, Yuuri gave room for Wolfram to follow him in as he looked at what Hohenheim was doing. He’d never seen an alchemist at work.
Glancing at the four bats on the floor, Yuuri made his way over to the other side of the strange circle being drawn on the floor.

Walking next to Yuuri, he looked down at the strange symbols with a mix of curiosity and apprehension, unsure what was going on.

"Ahh thank you." He muttered. Yuuri certainly hoped that Alchemy wasn't dangerous, but it didn't sound like it would be. It was similar to chemistry right? Nothing bad ever happened in that class, but he did hear the odd rumour from those in higher grades.
Shaking his head, Yuuri got rid of the thoughts in his mind as he remembered Wolfram standing next to him. "Oh right! Hoho this is Wolfram."

That perked Wolfram's interest. Wasn't that what he'd mentioned that the other man used for making weapons with? Perhaps Yuuri had stumbled onto something bigger than he'd thought, considering the number of nights he would have to wait on Roy.
"How does it work?"

Smiling awkwardly at the question of ease, Yuuri glanced over towards Wolfram then back again as he muttered. "Sounds easy enough."

"Is that why Roy needed the metal?" he asked. He opened up his pillowcase, showing Hohenhiem the various silverware and utensils that he'd acquired the night before thanks to the disastrous stop in the kitchen.
"I've been told that there's a way to get a sword if you found the right materials."

"...well, Colonel Mustang is part of a group that creates weapons of one's choice, so I assume there is the requirement of gathering the materials." He stepped forward and peered into Wolfram's pillow case, rubbing his chin with his fingers. "Ah, plenty of steel and aluminum, I see."
There seemed to be enough metal to form a sword. "Alchemy could form them together into a sword."

"Does this mean that you could make a sword for Wolfram with this?" Yuuri asked as he glanced between the pillowcase and up to Hohenheim. He had no doubt that Wolfram would feel better if he had a sword, since the blonde Mazoku was a swordsman... or was he just understanding things wrong again?

He looked at Hohenhiem questionably, but he didn't say anything. This was Yuuri's meeting, his request, and if only one of them could get a weapon to defend themselves with, he'd feel safer if it was in Yuuri's hands.

Yuuri's words trailed off; however, when he watched Hohenheim crouch down on the floor. The young Maou had no idea what to expect. Would it be anything like Anissina's experiments? There was a small part of him that hoped not, but there was definitely something in Hohenheim's movements as Yuuri watched the older man intently. What would happen?
His eyes widened impossibly large in astonishment as the circle suddenly began to glow. He'd seen some pretty amazing things in his lifetime, but he'd never seen anything quite like it. There was no hiding his excitement at the transmutation, and as the light faded away and Hohenheim sat back, Yuuri couldn't even consider hiding such excitement as he grinned.
"That's so cool!" The young Maou exclaimed. ( ... )

Well, it definitely looked impressive. And Yuuri was definitely excited enough. He offered Hohenhiem a look of thanks on behalf of his fiance before rubbing at his temples a little, his own tiredness starting to give him a headache.
"Just remember that it's for defense, and we aren't going out looking for trouble. You still need a lot of training that way."
