[from here] [M1 specifically]The small shinigami padded down the hallway to M1. Clad in her uniform, she blended in well with the darkness until she reached the far end door. There she turned her flashlight on, the light muted by a piece of cloth tied over it, and let it hand from her sash, illuminating the small circle of her immediate area.

Anise was also going to drop by for that key, though it was while he was half-asleep that he realized he didn't have the key. His injury had left him a bit out of it all day, but he still felt like a fool for not remembering that. Why had Hinamori Momo never given it back ( ... )

She stayed bowed a moment longer before returning upright. She held out her hand to Mustang, the key sitting on her palm. "It seems, sir, that this key is no longer neccessary. Martin Landel has seen it fit to leave the front doors unlocked now," she informed him, a tiny amount of bitterness slipping into her tone.

The next bit of news took him by surprise, though. He raised an eyebrow, and while he could note that she was almost as bothered about it as he was, he still couldn't hold back his frustration entirely. After all that work to figure out which door it opened, the key held no meaning anymore?
There was still a chance that it might be necessary in the future. Perhaps last night had only been a fluke. He wasn't about to throw it away or anything.
"I see. Thank you for letting me know, and for returning it so promptly tonight," he responded after he had taken a moment to gather his composure.

She wondered if the man Skuld was creating the weapon for had even left his room yet. "Unless there is anything else, I will take my leave."

Then again, this was just an unfortunate happening, or so he would like to think. It hadn't seemed like the Head Doctor had actually wanted them to be able to get out last night, though he couldn't assume that he knew what was going on in that man's head, either.
"Good luck," he said by way of farewell, wondering who would be showing up next.

She hoped whomever was on this team Mustang was sending would be smart enough to stay out of Signum's way should the two teams cross paths. The shinigami wasn't sure how the knight would react if someone other than Momo interfered in her battle. She could already tell it was going to be a long night.

Ashton supposed that anyone else should feel lucky that he was so close to Colonel Mustang's room, so the run wasn't very long at all. But he knew he wasn't lucky, not by a long shot. He'd never been. And he was in Landel's still, which was pretty much the unluckiest of any unlucky thing that had ever come to pass upon him. Gosh, it was so darn hard to stay positive sometimes ( ... )

"Hope you don't mind," Axel followed soon after Ashton called out for Roy, leaning his body against the wall next to them and waited for the colonel to reply. There was no doubt that he was curious with what the latter had planned to do with his roommate, but he'd find out soon enough.

He looked to Axel first, since his presence was rather unexpected, and gave a small shake of his head. "Of course not," he responded, and he pressed a hand to his own side as some sort of support as he felt the pulling of his wound. He wondered if Ashton had remembered to bring that "potion" with him.
"Dias didn't make it, then?" he asked, turning back to Ashton curiously. In the end this might be for the best, though, seeing how Roy was much more comfortable with Axel, simply because he knew the man a bit better. "I suppose we're just waiting on Leon, then," he finished. He wondered if Anise and Ion were going to show up or if something had come up. He wasn't going to worry too much about it either way.

As she neared the end of the hall, Anise noticed a couple men already standing around by the Colonel's room. Popular guy, wasn't he? She supposed it came with being a club leader.
The girl immediately recognized one of the men as her and Ion's chakram-wielding traveling companion from just a few nights ago. Small world, wasn't it? "Oh, hey!" she chirped as she neared them. "Axel! It's good to see you again." Anise flashed the red-haired man a friendly smile, then moved forward to poke her head in the doorway, catching sight of the Colonel she was meaning to meet. "We're here!" she sang to him.

"Ah... no, Dias couldn't come, no," he said shakily, managing to smile. Actually, Ashton had simply not asked him. It was all because he had something important to tell the tall man - something that might have taken up half the night if he had persisted with his earlier plan.
The swordsman set the flask of clear blue liquid on Roy's desk. "This is a medical rinse - as pure as we could make it. It should make whoever takes it feel better. Gradually. Very gradually. So, um.. please use it well." It was good to have a regenerative-type effect in battle. Not that he wanted the colonel to get in a battle or anything... he was probably already hurt, judging ( ... )

He was pretty content to wait there until Leon arrived, but the redhead glanced over his shoulder when a familiar voice called out from behind him, grinning as he did so.
"Long time no see, shorty," Axel greeted the teen and pressed himself against the wall so that the girl had some room to squeeze her way right in. Ashton's question didn't go unanswered, of course, and the Nobody turned his attention towards his roommate with a thoughtful look.
"We got grouped together a few days ago and followed one of the radio's clues into the Music Room. We also met up with Claude and his honey muffin there."

Leon jogged his way around the corner at this moment, stopping outside the door as he realized how many people were already there. He hadn't expected such a crowd! Well, it wasn't so much of a crowd, but it was more than he'd thought there would be, and the rooms here weren't all that large.
He considered giving a shout to announce his presence, but ended up just clearing his throat and saying "I'm here." He didn't want to interrupt too much if they were discussing something important. It looked like Axel had come along as well, which was unexpected. He didn't know much about the redhead other than he was willing to help Ashton, but that was really all he needed.
He peered around the doorway into the room. Hopefully the colonel wouldn't be too thrown off by his age.

When Ashton took out the flask and set it on the desk, Roy glanced at it curiously. It made someone feel better? What did that mean, exactly? From sickness, or from a wound? He wanted to ask for more details, but he needed to deal with some of the others first.
Nodding in greeting to both Anise and Ion (and glad to see that they had gotten along with Axel), Roy walked over to the small girl and handed her the key. "That's for the front door. I've been told that it might not be needed anymore, but just in case." He sent her a small smile after that - she was a lady, after all, and he could be charming from time to time ( ... )

Her expression changed back to her usual bright smile once she squeezed her way into the room and was approached by a real gentleman. Even if Axel was a pretty okay guy, he could never hope to compare to the refinement and charm of a guy like the Colonel. Anise accepted the key, beaming at the man as she did. "Okay, we'll get right to it!" she promised ( ... )
