Day 29: Game Room (2nd Shift)
It had been a rather thrilling conversation and meeting with the one named Xelloss, and though he wouldn’t admit such things out loud, Yuber did find himself interested in the other patient. He had said enough for the time being though, and knew he would wait until the night time hours before deciding to ever seek out the other again. That was where one’s true character came out at that point, and Yuber was rather looking forward to seeing exactly what side of the chaotic nature Xelloss fell under.
The announcement over the intercom had broken their conversation, and soon afterwards Yuber bid his farewell and moved off inside. The suspicions he’d had about this establishment were only confirmed further by the mention of a suggestion box, and it left the Black Knight wondering if there was a new gathering of the 108 Stars of Destiny - many things did seem to be in place for such a thing to occur.
He’d made his way through the institution, quietly observing the other patients as he went, until Yuber ambled into the games room. It was fortunately devoid of any other life at present, and without a second thought, Yuber made his way over towards one of the chess boards before taking a seat. Lounging casually in the chair, his eyes narrowed in thought at the pieces on the board. Puffing a small amused breath past his lips, Yuber reached out and picked the knight piece off from between the other pieces. Twirling it between his fingers, he smiled subtly.
