Takaya sneered at the comments the man over the intercom made. He was filled with the desire to do something, mostly punch that stupid, fucking doctor's head in, but he'd settle for just being useful for a change

Naoe moved quickly as soon as the doors opened. He was frowning deeply when he made it to Takaya's room, thanking whoever that it was only a few doors away from his. Stepping into the hallway, Naoe was overcome with a feeling of dread. He wanted out of this place and now. It was as if the creepy feeling he got from his roommate had penetrated the very air of Landel's. It didn't feel good.
He ignored it and tapped on Takaya's door lightly.
"Kagetora-sama?" he asked through the door, without realizing which name he used. He was on edge, and so that put him in a mind set that included Kagetora before it did Takaya.
When Naoe entered the room, Lee turned on the radio, listening to the cryptic remarks of the doctor. He was used to odd things going on around him, so he was not particularly bothered by Naoe's name usage.
If he had been better with weapons, Lee might have actually been interested in the device that the doctor spoke off. As it was, he only half-listened. Ah, how he missed his team...
Takaya glanced up at Naoe, then back to Lee. He didn't want a repeat of breakfast.
"I.. don't know." When Naoe had opened the door, Takaya had gotten a feeling of dread and ... fear. He looked at Naoe again, keeping his eyes focused on his chin rather than his eyes.
"What should we do? I've been kind out out of things for a while." He frowned and looked back at Lee.
"If you're feeling better, you could come to." He didn't want to leave Lee alone right now. Not with that weird feeling in the air.
Naoe closed the door and bowed slightly. "I'm not sure where we should go tonight," he said. "Have either of you heard anything about which direction is best?" he asked, looking from Takaya to Lee. In truth he didn't want to go back outside, but there wasn't anyway to get around it. They needed to find escape.
Lee wasn't sure why, but there was something definitely different about Naoe. He was acting...well, he wasn't acting mean to him. This was rather disturbing to him.
However, Naoe did not seem like the type of person to open up to him. So for now, he would not say anything about the change.
"Perhaps the answer lies in the cryptic words of the Doctor."
Takaya frowned in thought. "Maybe there is something to thie whole 'down' shit tonight." He knew the the main routes of escape wouldn't work, but maybe there was something that could be used or gained 'down'?
Naoe frowned slightly and looked at Takaya. It might be a bit dangerous and with the way that he had felt outside and the fact that Takaya's eyes had just healed he felt uncomfortable with the idea.
"Something is happening tonight," he said finally. "Something horrible. The air feels heavy."
So that was what had bothered Naoe. Yet what was it that Naoe sensed, and was he correct? Still, if they stayed here, then no progress would be made.
"If it is bothersome, I can go ahead and scan the area before we proceed. We still do not have a clear idea where to go, so perhaps if we were to move ahead slowly..."
Takaya stood up. "Whatever it is that we're gonna do, let's fucking do it." He frowned, though it wasn't an angry expression for a change. "Beofer we all wind up back here without fucking doing anything."
Naoe nodded and bowed. He moved out of the way of the door to allow Takaya to go before him. He already felt on edge. He didn't want to go back outside of the room, but there was little that could be done otherwise.
If Kagetora wanted out, then they would go out.
"I'll follow you wherever you want to go," he said, staying in his bow.
Lee watched the fascinating exchange quietly. It seemed that for now, Takaya was chosen as the leader. That did not bother him, though he was worried about Takaya pushing himself too much.
Well, then he would just have to make sure that didn't happen!
"Takaya-san, where shall we start? And do you wish for me to scout ahead, or be on the lookout behind us? Let us begin our travels before night ends!"
He ignored it and tapped on Takaya's door lightly.

"Okay," he nodded. "Lee, watch our backs." He turned to Naoe. "Let's go." His grin was slightly shaky. "Best place to start is outside, right?"
He walked out of the room.
((And went here.))
