The only reason Momo decided to go to the Game Room was the fact that she hadn't been there yet. She really didn't have much desire to play any games, but Hitsugaya would be in the showers for at least the first part of the shift; she could at least look the room and what it has to offer over before relocating to the Sun Room to give her report to

Riddick found himself escorted again, but this time the usually-chatty orderly was more reserved. About damn time. The staff member excused himself as soon as Riddick arrived in the game room, and the killer made his way to an empty wall, only glancing at the kid on the couch. Putting his back to the wall, Riddick sat on the floor with his hands behind his head and reviewed lunch quickly. There was a growing feeling of respect for Richter, but then the guy had been in WWI and Riddick himself had seen military service, although from an entirely more advanced era.
At any rate, he was looking forward to the shiv Richter had promised. And nightfall, when the fun supposedly began.

Captain Jack was still vaguely annoyed about Mr. Cop-a-Feel showing up and raining all over his parade just when he'd been getting somewhere. But he was also old enough to know that hey, you couldn't win them all. The annoyance smoothed out quickly, though his smile remained unchanged.
He gave the room a quick scan, to see who was alone. There was a rather pretty girl by herself, but he decided to say hello to one of the men first, since he was more in the mood for that, as it was. He could always move on if the man didn't end up being... conversational.
He grabbed a deck of cards (he wasn't all that great at card games unless he wanted to cheat, but he also was a graceful loser to it worked out in the end) and headed over to the guy. "Afternoon," he said, cheerfully. "New here? I don't believe I've seen you around."

"Yeah, first day in the zoo," replied Riddick to the deck-bearing stranger, keeping his relaxed and somewhat indifferent posture for the moment. He smirked enigmatically before continuing, his tone mildly amused. "Name's Riddick. You wouldn't happen to know what the fuck this 'Special Counseling' is, would you?"

Plopping down on one of the chairs, he made no effort to hide how incredibly bored he was.

The shuffling cards came to a stop after a short while, and as the knights boredom grew, Yuber found his attentions drifting over the room in an attempt to find something interesting to do. It was then that his gaze fell onto one particular individual that he always found entertaining to annoy.
Yuber slipped easily from off the couch, before making his way over towards Albel. There had always been such a natural grace to the knights movements, and added to the fact that they remained entirely silent, it made Yuber’s presence always difficult to detect. Not that Yuber took any notice of such things anymore and as the distance between himself and Albel closed, the knight announced himself as he chuckled quietly in amusement.
“That bored without my company hmm?” He greeted with a Cheshire smile.

"What do you want, worm?"

Resting his elbow on the arm of the chair, Yuber’s chin came to rest in the palm of his hand lazily as his attention remained on Albel. “To merely seek out such companionable company,” The knight murmured in response to the question. Just knowing that his mere presence irked the other patient was more than enough of a reason to pay them a visit.

"Be sure to keep that ice pack on...it'll help with the swelling. Let me know if you need anything else, alright? I'll be right over there," the nurse said as she sat him gently down to a couch. She gazed at him with a friendly smile, but he had already looked away indifferently.
His face was stinging from pain. It felt like Ran had channeled all his hate and anguish into that blow, and its residual effect would leave its imprint long after the bruising went away.
Whether he was living and breathing here, it did not matter. He was dead to him, already. Only fools asked forgiveness for things that could not be forgiven.
And Kikyo was no fool.

"Hey," Ken greeted, barely even sparing a glance at the other man.

It took him a moment to realize that someone had addressed him, and though he was not in the most receptive of moods at present, he turned his eyes upon the stranger nevertheless.
"Hello," he replied with a slight arch of an eyebrow.

Not knowing who he was speaking to, Ken rattled on. "I'm Ken." After Naoya, he was reluctant to give his last name. He hated being called 'Hidaka-san.'

Roland was rather glad to get out of the lunch conversation when he did. Too much more and he might not have had the ability to control himself. As it was, the lunch staff had claimed he'd had more than enough after four heaping plates, even though Roland still felt the hunger.
Normal food, really, just wasn't enough.
So the man decided to go to the game room, noticing the vast majority of the patients going to the sun room instead. Not that he'd mind. Less visible flesh, less desire to sink his teeth into it. It'd be for the best. And to keep anyone away, he took a deck of cards and started dealing out a game of Klondike, just to keep his mind occupied.
...and, of course, the first face-up card would be the Ace of Hearts. Already Roland could feel his mouth watering. A still-beating heart, dripping with hot blood and bursting when he tore apart the flesh, his face stained red by the time he'd gotten it down...
...maybe company wouldn't be such a bad thing after all.

Aoyagi had been bleeding so heavily too. Just a child, and yet Aidou knew he would have been so hard put not to fall on him and sink his fangs as deep as they could go...
Again, he went to the Game Room (smaller, quieter, sleep), and found two familiar faces with which to use as a buffer zone for the rest of the room. Momo was rejected on the basis of being female, so that left the slobbering lightning monster guy, Roland. The initial meeting ( ... )

Although he would never use the term fear, he did find Roland to be less of an extreme than Indra. Less of a threat. He wasn't concerned over stretching out along the cough and relaxing, whether Roland was slobbering over his scent or not.
One day, though, things would probably come to a head, whether Aidou strove for it or not. There couldn't be two predators lurking amongst the sheep without some kind of confrontation, and by the way things looked, Aidou suspected there were a great deal more than those he knew about: himself, Alucard, and Roland. After all, he was pretty sure neither had posted that ridiculous note about brains. He sighed a little. No doubt it'd fall on his head to put all of them down when they got too rowdy ( ... )
