Rukia had managed to stumble to the cafeteria entrance, where a nurse saw the sickly color to her skin and brought her to the bathroom. Getting rid of the waffle she'd had for breakfast was an extremely painful ordeal, due to broken ribs. A few minutes later, Rukia was sweating and still shaking like a leaf, but able to think a bit more clearly.
She asked to go to her room, her thoughts moving quickly as she followed the nurse down the hallway. Rukia almost bumped into the woman when they reached her room and the nurse ushered her inside. Before the door shut, though, Rukia turned, saying. "Wait!"
