Depth Charge was all but used to the transition this time; the spinning in his head had lessened, and he was able to follow Dent the moment the man made for the door. Probably a good thing. Who needed to be dizzy when they were probably walking into an even larger, more obvious trap than the coliseum had been? By the Pit, they couldn't even blame Landel for this one: this was pretty slagging stupid, even by their standards.

Yeah, yeah. Complain about it all you want up here, DC, but I don't see you heading back any time soon. You're just a Grade A whiner. Seemed particularly ridiculous of him to be so negative when there were a grand total of zero other people occupying the kitchen. Looked like Scott hadn't been that late after all.

Dent was already at the freezer door, so with a quick glance back to the others, Depth Charge made his way over with his crowbar aloft. "Let me handle this."

Rolling a shoulder back experimentally, he judged his aim as well as he could in the dark and took a firm swing at the door. The lock buckled with a slightly resigned clunk- and, as if to punctuate the little musical number of clangs they'd made between them, he finished with a final kick.

The door swung open, and he stepped in ahead of Dent.
