[skipping from here]

Kurama moved swiftly. The outcome of this meeting was uncertain, but there was no point in dawdling. He had made the decision and agreed to meet up. And if anything, he might as well have the upper-hand -- Kurama had made it so that he would be the first to recognize whomever he had been talking to on the bulletin board. And the person had agreed to it, whether they realized this or not. But that gave him nothing about the person's intentions about the meeting. There was no way to tell for sure through text on a piece of paper, after all.

As he neared the agreed-upon meeting place, Kurama checked and double-checked that he was focusing enough of his energy on hiding his aura. It was unfair, but he'd long gotten rid of any guilty conscience over claiming higher ground on an opponent. His experiences from making a living in Makai had taught him many things, and honor was not one of them. Among the sort of desperation and corruption Kurama had known in the Demon World, his brand of morality was comparably one of the most honorable there could be.

Pulling the flashlight from his pocket, he switched it on despite not particularly needing it yet. It would be better to play up the pretense of being a normal, human being for now.

Arriving at the double doors to the Sun Room didn't take very long at all. There were a few others standing around, perhaps waiting for a group or a meeting. Kurama slowed down a bit and took his time here, wondering if anyone he was seeing now was to be his new, demonic acquaintance. It would have been easier to try and probe for an aura, but the sacrifice would have been revealing his own status as a demon. Yes, it would be better to keep his cards close to his chest and observe rather than seek out.

Kurama spent a few more moments here in the central hallway, using the time to note all the doors he was seeing and all the connecting hallways, as well as taking notice of the people standing about. No one had yet made a comment to him about the weather still. What if they had decided not to come? That could be likely as well.

Eventually, Kurama decided that he would perhaps come back later in case the other person showed up after all. His other primary goal for tonight was more information-gathering, after all. Since the Sun Room was so close by, perhaps he could go take another look at the bulletin board without having to worry about who would be watching him. Kurama hadn't had the time to check the board too closely at the end of the last shift of the day, nor had he had the time to study each note.

Having made up his mind, he pushed one of the Sun Room doors open and slipped in quietly.
