Names. That might have summed up his day on its own: names, and precious little more than that. At this point Sasuke had a great deal of incidental information about (what was probably) this world at large, and very little of its immediate surroundings -- but then, that was the next goal.
If nothing else, Landel's was forcing him to refine the ability to manipulate several goals at once, without changing the overall goal. And while that was perhaps not anything particularly new in the plotline of Sasuke's life, it was more than a little annoying to have had to watch (or not watch, as it were) the scope of those goals narrow into the miniature field of the Institute.
This hallway itself he must have walked a hundred times by now between the day and the night, and unlike others it never changed. The familiar, useless, just as the familiar strength of his chakra and his own bloodline last night had proved unreliable here. There was no point in review: Sasuke pressed on to the next known hall, hoping tonight to move toward something new.
