But processing things the way he was now, he wondered how different this place was from the Organization, from even the way Ansem decided to use Naminé. In the end, it wasn't all that different.
"They just wanna use us as tools, huh. Soldiers for what they need to get done. Cannon fodder." Maybe that was why they took over. He thought back to the speech from the night he woke up, and he realized that was just the same kind of stuff he thought the Organization had to hear. It was too bad none of them were around anymore. He wasn't on great terms with Roxas, but he knew he could ask Sora to ask his Nobody to put things into perspective. Riku had a pretty good hunch, either way. "Use us up, and it doesn't matter what happens between now and then. It makes sense. The drugs. The speech. Of course they don't care. We're helping them out." The last bit came out a little lighter, almost cocky and mocking.
