Day 59: Intercom, Morning
The jingle of the intercom signaled the end to breakfast. Major Harrington continued to maintain his professional tone, which seemed to offset the staff more than the patients. For what reason, no one would say.
"Attention, all soldiers and assigned personnel. We are putting a halt on all therapy sessions until further notice. For confidential purposes, please hold any questions until the end of the day."
If such questions would be answered, it was difficult to tell.
"In any case, you may choose to spend your morning in the Library or the Sun Room. Remember: any and all insubordination will be reported directly to General Aguilar. Thank you."
The intercom clicked off.
