By the time space settled around Albedo, the response had been had. No, not as Albedo had assumed, but soldiers instead. And why bother the good one of their pair, why force chemicals into his brother's system? Because he was to be a test of sorts, a complement to Albedo the night before. The irony didn't fail him, though it didn't dull the light rage any more. Because, again, another had touched his sibling, and again, there were no movements to be made again. The deed was done, the moment passed, and there was just sharp annoyance, a fizzling anger.
Albedo's head spun from transit and he delayed entering for a moment, pressing a hand against the wall for balance.
