The east, the east... The forest was to the east of the institute, wasn't it? That made a lot of sense, then; she and Himemiya had first found Marc in that forest. Maybe his hideouts were all nearby it.
"Ah, yeah, good to meet you," said Utena quickly, giving Tear a nod and a look of acknowledgment. The other girl seemed calm and serious for her age, and made a good fit with Renamon in that way. Utena didn't dwell on introductions, though. No, she launched straight into exactly what she felt about finding Marc: "You bet I want to see him again. I want to see him and get him to tell me why I shouldn't punch him out for hooking up with Landel in the first place!"
She knew that was unfair of her, considering Marc had just lost someone. But damn it, she needed an explanation for that. How could he get in league with the very same man who had gotten him mangled so badly, and who was probably going to stab him in the back the first chance he got? She just didn't get it, and that really got her blood boiling.
Utena didn't wait, motioning for the other girls to follow. "Come on, let's go!"
