Zero walked along, shining the pathetically small flashlight beam at the row of doors on his right. They were all identical, suggesting they led to more of the same kind of room he woke up in. At the end of the row was a moderately-sized hallway, unsurprisingly dark and empty. The lack of living things around, human or otherwise, was a little unsettling. Where was everybody? Was he the only one here? This place wasn't in disrepair, but it still had that abandoned building vibe. ...Which only made his reason for being here - and in human form, of all things - that much more confusing.
There was a positive side to this, though. No one around meant fewer threats he had to avoid. (And, if there were no turrets or insentient robotic guards, there'd be practically no threats at all. Thankfully, that seemed to be the case so far.) Normally he wouldn't be worried about such a thing, but in this form, with no means of which to defend himself... It would pay to be cautious, even if this place appeared to be devoid of life.
So much for being dead.
There were two different doors in this hall, one straight ahead of him and the other on his right. Zero chose to go to the one in front of him first. He poked his head out the door, taking a good look around before continuing on to the next area.
