He peeked around the corner as subtly as he could before coming completely into the hallway, scanning the dark for any signs of things that could possibly launch out and snatch him up.
Nothing, as far as he could tell.
So he kept moving, trying to stay quick, and heading straight across the hall from the patient rooms, to the bathroom;

As pleased as Guy was to be back in more comfortable clothing, there was no strut to his step. He did walk down the hall with a certain amount of confidence, but that was because just the change of style had given him a good feeling about how the night would go. He knew it was irrational, but that didn't make the feeling leave.
He did end up pausing for a moment, wondering if he should wait for Claude in this hall. The meeting spot he'd set up with Anise and Tear was just through the door, however. Claude would easily find his way there. Besides, seeing how he'd wasted some time getting changed, it was possible that his friend had already gotten there himself.
Figuring that there was no harm in heading out and waiting there, Guy continued moving toward the next door.

Flashlight beam sweeping over his path, Claude stepped into the next hallway. While the details from his bulletin board conversation were vague, he figured they'd be meeting near the recreational field again. Though he was on his way to do just that, Claude caught sight of someone up ahead, and immediately recognized his friend's familiar build. But instead of the usual grey uniform, he was decked out in what looked like an orange vest and a lighter-colored shirt. The change threw him off for a moment.
"Guy?" he called out. "Is that you?"
There was a chance he was wrong, of course. But even if that was the case, Claude could just excuse himself and hurry on his way into the next hall without any problems.

If his hands weren't full, he probably would have put one on his hip. Instead, he just held his smile as he nodded. "Yeah, the closet in my room had this waiting for me tonight. I'd given up hope on it, to be honest."
Was it a parting gift from the nurses, maybe? Probably not, but the whole phenomenon was a bit odd. Still, he'd never heard of any bad effects being caused by wearing the clothes, so he was going to get as much use out of them as possible. They were far more comfortable than the scratchy shirt and sweatpants, that was for sure.

"Yeah, this was pretty much what I lived in," he confirmed with a nod, trying not to feel too self-conscious. It was nice to see that Claude liked the outfit, but he didn't want them to waste too much time talking about it either, especially since they had to meet up with both Anise and Tear.
When Claude's roommate was mentioned, Guy nodded before remembering what he'd heard about the man the night before. "Oh, right... He got taken, didn't he?" Guy's expression immediately darkened as he shifted his weight, that lightheartedness gone now. "Is he all right?" Once that was confirmed, they could keep moving.
