"Not for me, but I'm sure a few people could recognize them." And too bad for them, really. He'd managed to scrape by without any 'acquaintances' going under the influence, which may have led to some problems depending on how aware they actually were with everyone who passed by. The last thing he needed was someone like Luke using a hyperresonsance and dissolving the entire institute (and then some).

It seemed like Erika was quite serious in her demand to talk in the other room, as she wasted no time in moving across the Entry Room and getting to work on the lock of the other File Room. She was vaguely aware of the fact that this pursuit was probably pointless in the grand scheme of things; this clearly was not Battler's gameboard, nor was it even based off Beatrice's design at this point, but the girl still held her grudge and any attempt to humiliate Battler was worth it, even if she had to soil her own reputation to do it.
Just like the previous room, this lock was also rusty and Erika started to make quick work of it. Either she was getting impatient or she simply stopped caring about attracting attention, because this time Erika used the hilt of her katana to strike the lock. Once she heard that satisfying crack of metal, Erika kicked the door open with a smirk and headed inside.
