This is a single building. It is ridiculous to claim individual rooms in the names of countries, especially when there are so many here who are citizens of none of them.

I would also not recommend enforcing the use of passports.

You misunderstand. This is a notification to other nations in attendance and to our citizens who may find this of use.

The unfortunate truth of the situation is that said authority has no backing here.

But those nations do not hold complete sway over the rest of the population here. If you intend to gain the roles of leadership among those in the asylum you will have to do more than simply claim parts of the building. You will not be recognized in this manner.
